Shipping , Returns and  Privacy Policy

SHIPPING: 

     We ship to the lower 48 states at no additional charge[ free].  Large item delivery like complete beds and furniture is to your curb unless prior arrangements are made.  Small items will come USPS or United Parcel Service.  We have discovered a few very limited access places where an additional charge[surcharge] might be requested.  Most people know if they are in one of these places and the additional cost would be limited to the additional special freight charges.  Any surcharges will be notified and agreed to prior to release of shipment.  You know if you are in one of these places and we can check prior to shipment for the exact amount. Please call toll free 1-866-647-2735  10-6 weekdays eastern if you think you may be in one such area.                                           We are not currently equipped  for foreign country shipments outside the Continental  USA.

 RETURNS:

The following conditions apply for returns:

1- Shipping costs cannot be recovered and therefore are non-refundable

2- Up to a 25% Restocking Fee may apply to items returned in unused, factory packaging and condition.  You do not need to provide a reason for a return but you do need to receive prior authorization to make a return.  Failure to receive prior authorization for a return will put you at risk of loss of both purchase price and product.  Authorization can be attained by calling toll free 10-6 weekdays eastern time at 1-866-647-2735.   We will under no circumstances accept freight collect shipments.  All returns must be prepaid freight .  As previously stated a reason is not necessary to return a product. Authorization will never be unreasonably withheld.  For return authorizations please have the product description, size, date of purchase and the name of the purchaser of record available to expedite your request. 

3- *Return items purchased originally with 'Free Shipping' or 'shipping included' in the purchase price will have the standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund as well as other deductions as noted if applicable.  All return shipping costs must be prepaid by the customer.  COD's will not be accepted under any circumstances.

4- Upon receipt and inspection of the product properly returned, a refund will be issued immediately.  If a product is returned and does not conform to these previously stated reasonable requirements, it will be up to us to decide any additional charges we determine to be fair.  We have been in the waterbed and bedding/furniture business since 1971 and have maintained a spotless record for customer service and fairness with the consumer.

Privacy Policy:

     We will under no circumstances sell, exchange or transfer any customer information to any entity or individual.  Privacy of customer information is a top priority for waterbedstoday
